When a mischievous boy named Ivan decides to ignite a rocket in the basement of a building, a number of humorous and strange situations occur. The rocket rips through each floor, wreaking all kinds of havoc, and ultimately goes through the roof. Each page contains a hole representing the rocket's progression through each floor of the building.
