After a bloody civil war, Bolivia has ceased to exist as a nation. The population has left the city and withdraws into rural communes, while armed groups known as the brigades impose their law with blood and fire. Following the current trend of writing about post-apocalyptic scenarios, this novel asks how to heal the wounds that we can get to inflict on the search for survival.
