Included in this book is information relating to eliminating rep madness, proper cardio habits workout programs using common room fixtures, diet guidelines, and other miscellaneous habits that are important to pick up while being incarcerated. Some of you will be beginners with a lot of new found time on your hands looking for ways to use it productively. I want to commend you for trying to use your time to develop one of the only meaningful things you can take with you out of prison. About the author: I became a personal trainer through the American Council on Exercise with my eyes set on eventually achieving a doctorate in kinesiology to become a physical therapist with the long term goal of teaching kinesiology to college students. Well my plans got put on pause halfway through my Bachelor of Art degree when I revoked my probation by failing a drug test for alcohol. It was an expensive lesson as it cost me getting sentenced 10 years to prison after completing 6 ½ years of 7 years’ probation. I currently have 2 ½ years done and am most likely a short way to the door. I have spent the last few years having to make the best workouts possible with limited resources and I would be honored to share what I’ve learned with you guys.
