"Para los que buscan empezar esta colección: A través de Busca Libre compré la mayoría de los mangas de Fullmetal Alchemist en inglés, en su edición 3-1 de Viz Media (los primeros tres se pueden encontrar bajo el nombre "Fullmetal Alchemist omnibus", y los seis restantes como "Fullmetal Alchemist 3 in 1"). En total son nueve tomos que incorporan los 27 volúmenes, y me llegan relativamente bien embalados, aunque sin bolsita protectora (en Viz Media no suelen usar bolsas plásticas). Demoran alrededor de un mes en llegar a través de Busca Libre (fui comprando tres tomos a la vez), aunque ahora mismo (febrero 2021) Viz anda sin stock de algunos tomos. Recomiendo totalmente comprar por este medio, especialmente cuando baja el dólar (algunos tomos me costaron 15 mil). Respecto a los tomos mismos: La edición 3-1 de Viz es una opción económica de buena calidad, con tomos maleables (se abren completamente sin afectar el lomo), en general muy cómodos de leer. El papel es reciclado y un poco opaco, lo que para mí es un plus, aunque entiendo que hay personas que prefieren páginas más blancas y gruesas. Los libros no incluyen caja, cubrepolvos, solapas, ni páginas a color, pero están todos los extras, los comentarios de la mangaka y las portadas originales de los volúmenes (en blanco y negro). Dentro de sus desventajas, yo creo que vale la pena. "
