You Have the Power to Have It All is about myself who experienced several childhood traumas. Throughout my life I was abused and sexually assaulted among other experiences that were detrimental to my well-being. All of my youth and some of my adulthood I struggled with depression and anxiety. And when my soul awakened, I was able to bring more peace and balance into my life.
