Mr. Charles Dixon has served as a community program Director advocating for fathers and families over 25 years in Newark, New Jersey and across America. He has also served a consultant to the National Head Start Bureau in Washington, DC, working with local and national media; NBC Dateline, and other broadcasting networks.Mr. Dixon is a graduate of Seton Hall University in New Jersey (Non-Profit Management, MPA Program). He discusses the social ingredients in the development and shaping of black men and the significant roles of Black Women's in aiding and supporting men in achieving success.Moreover, He gives tribute and recognition to unsung heroes and local and national community leaders who played a significant role in fortifying the community providing support to single parent and indigent families.
