Steven Pinker (Montreal, Canadá, 18 de septiembre de 1954) es uno de los psicólogos, lingüistas y divulgadores científicos más influyentes a nivel internacional. Doctorado por Harvard y actualmente profesor en esa universidad, su trabajo ha revolucionado la comprensión del lenguaje, la mente y la naturaleza humana, defendiendo teorías sobre los instintos lingüísticos, la evolución del pensamiento y el poder de la razón.
