This MUST be stopped before it's too late!The formation of a National Black Council (NBC) is imperative! It will be the greatest institution in Black American history. This will be because it will be the only $100 million Black national organization that will be totally Black funded and operated. After a few short years, the NBC will be a billion dollar institution.
