They plead with her to not tell anyone in fear that they will be taken to the evil scientist.She vows to keep the secret and not tell a single person, including her parents! But then everything goes south when her dad finds her talking to the dogs the next day... Was it real? Does Mandy's dad hear what she says? How is this even possible? Do they have powers? What is their mission? What happens if Mandy's dad finds out?For the parents, this book teaches kids of service animals.
