When Milo Fusseldink, world-renowned cryptozoologist, goes missing overseas, he had been searching for the legendary Mongolian Death Worm, the Holy Grail of cryptids. I offer my witchy services to his wife to help locate Milo with a powerful magic spell.

But when I visit her, she drops dead in her bedroom from an unidentifiable biological toxin. Soon, additional people are dying here in Jellyfish Beach, Florida. Could a Mongolian Death Worm be the culprit? If so, who brought it to America?

Of course, I get roped into investigating. And I discover a deadly rivalry in the world of monster hunting, as well as unspeakable secrets lurking in our humble seaside town.

Meanwhile, will my budding relationship with Matt blossom? Or, will one of us worm our way out of it?
