Reseña del libro "2010-01-05 Energy Conservation Program - Certification, Compliance, and Enforcement Requirements for Certain Consumer Products (en Inglés)"
2010-01-05 Energy Conservation Program - Certification, Compliance, and Enforcement Requirements for Certain Consumer Products (US Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy Office Regulation) (EERE) (2018 Edition) The Law Library presents the complete text of the 2010-01-05 Energy Conservation Program - Certification, Compliance, and Enforcement Requirements for Certain Consumer Products (US Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy Office Regulation) (EERE) (2018 Edition). Updated as of May 29, 2018 The Energy Policy and Conservation Act (EPCA), as amended, establishes energy and water conservation standards and test procedures for certain consumer products and commercial and industrial equipment. The Energy Policy Act of 1992 (EPACT 1992) (Pub. L. 102-486) and the Energy Policy Act of 2005 (EPACT 2005) (Pub. L. 109-58) amended EPCA and included new Federal energy and water conservation standards and test procedures for certain consumer products and certain commercial and industrial equipment. In today's final rule, the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) adopts regulations to implement reporting requirements for energy conservation standards and energy use, and to address other matters, including compliance certification, prohibited actions, and enforcement procedures for specific consumer products and commercial and industrial equipment covered by EPACT 2005, as well as commercial heating, air-conditioning, and water heating equipment covered under EPACT 1992. In addition, DOE is adopting provisions for manufacturer certification for distribution transformers.
