In this book you will find short stories of varying lengths as well as story poems and regular and lyrical poetry. Stories in this anthology include (1) a house that has a very subtle (or maybe not so subtle) way of eliminating its owners, (2) the results of an alien invasion from the viewpoint of one of the aliens, (3) a morning in the life of a taxi driver set approximately two thousand years in the future on the heavily industrialized Planet of Mulgroon, (4) a slightly altered version of the familiar children's fairy tale entitled "Goldilocks and the Three Bears" that introduces you to baby bear's three older siblings - Bernice, Cynthia, and Franklin as well as two other very short stories. This anthology also contains three different styles of poetry: Story Poems - poetry that tells a story, of course; Poetry - the regular kind - mostly non-rhyming; and Lyrical Poetry, or poetry that can be set to music and sung. Themes range from the very down-to-earth to fanciful to love as well as to science-fiction/fantasy and futuristic related themes.
