One year after the events of Holburn, Gael Drake is playing guitar on a reunion tour for 80s band The Starcreepers. Faced with problems from the start, including faulty amps, a troublesome hand injury, mysterious stage-invaders, and clashes with The Starcreepers' tyrannical frontman, Ash Munroe, Gael expects to be thrown off the tour at any moment. But it turns out this is only the beginning. Events get stranger as the tour rolls on, with supernatural forces and terrible secrets from The Starcreepers' heyday emerging, and Gael losing himself to rock 'n' roll revelry, drink and destruction.
