Phil Winslade (Surrey, Inglaterra, 1965) es un reconocido dibujante británico de cómics, destacado por su estilo detallado y expresivo. Inició su carrera en los años 90, colaborando con editoriales como Marvel, DC Comics y 2000 AD. Entre sus obras más notables se encuentran Goddess (1995), escrita por Garth Ennis; Nevada (1998), junto a Steve Gerber; Wonder Woman: Amazonia (1997), con William Messner-Loebs; y Daredevil/Spider-Man: Sospechosos Inusuales (2001), en colaboración con Paul Jenkins. También ha trabajado en títulos como The Flash: Blitz (2004) y Bodies (2014), esta última publicada por Vertigo.

Su trabajo ha sido reconocido con nominaciones a premios importantes, incluyendo el Premio Eisner en 1996 como Mejor Portadista y Mejor Pintor por su labor en Goddess y Vamps: Hollywood & Vein.
