Mike Gould es escritor, autor educativo y dramaturgo británico, con una trayectoria especialmente vinculada a la enseñanza del inglés. Antes de dedicarse profesionalmente a la escritura, trabajó como profesor de Inglés y posteriormente como jefe de departamento y docente universitario en el área de Inglés y Educación. También ha participado en formación de profesores y en proyectos relacionados con el currículo y la evaluación educativa. A lo largo de su carrera ha escrito más de 150 libros y recursos destinados a estudiantes y docentes, tanto en el Reino Unido como internacionalmente.

Entre sus trabajos se encuentra Lower Secondary English, serie educativa de Collins para el currículo Cambridge Lower Secondary, en la que participa como editor de serie y autor junto con otros especialistas. También ha escrito materiales para GCSE e IGCSE, además de obras de ficción y no ficción infantil. Su producción incluye recursos sobre escritura, gramática y literatura, así como relatos breves y proyectos creativos. En los últimos años ha desarrollado también ficción juvenil y proyectos teatrales, ampliando una carrera que combina educación, literatura y escritura creativa.
