Gaelen Foley es una escritora estadounidense nacida en Pittsburgh, Pensilvania, reconocida por sus novelas románticas históricas ambientadas principalmente en la Inglaterra de la Regencia. Se graduó en Literatura Inglesa en la Universidad Estatal de Nueva York en Fredonia.
