This is a reference book on the TV series Going My Way, which ran for 30 black-and-white episodes from 1962-63. The book includes all episodes in date order, complete cast listings, numerous photos, directorial credits, and a story synopsis for each episode. It also includes the 1944 film on which the show was based. Father Chuck O'Malley is sent to St. Dominic's parish in lower class New York City to assist old, crusty pastor Father Fitzgibbon. When he arrives, Father O'Malley meets his boyhood friend Tom Colwell, who is running the local community center. There was an instantaneous clash of progressive and conservative ideologies as O'Malley attempted to be patient and understanding with the very staid and stubborn Father Fitzgibbon.
