Reseña del libro "How does a person Walk in the Spirit (en Inglés)"

It is stated quite distinctly that; "The first man Adam became a living being, ' the last Adam, a life-giving spirit...the first man was of the dust of the earth, the second man from heaven. As was the earthly man, so are those who are of the earth; and as is the man from heaven, so also are those who are of heaven. And just as we have borne the likeness of the earthly man, so shall we bear the likeness of the man from heaven" (1Corinthians 15:45, 47-49). Man from creation is composed of body, soul and spirit. The soul is the living being in whom there is life, and is unique from all other being, for even animals and other living creatures in which there is life are called souls. To the body God has given the breath of life which is temporary, and is inherited from the first Adam, but to the spirit of man God has given life which is eternal, and it is inherited from the last Adam Jesus Christ. For it is written; "The God who made the world and everything in it is the Lord of heaven and earth and does not live in temples built by hands, and He is not served by human hands, as if He needed anything, because He Himself gives all men life and breath and everything else" (Acts 17:24-25). Every human being who is the soul has the choice to use the members of his/her body as servants either to the flesh or to the spirit. The spirit of man, before the advent of Jesus Christ the last Adam - the Spirit man from heaven was dead, due to the transgression of the first Adam; the spirit was alienated from the life of God, and therefore man was not walking in the Spirit. "But when the kindness and the love of God our Savior toward man appeared, not by works of righteousness which we have done, but according to His mercy He saved us, through the washing of regeneration and renewing of the Holy Spirit, whom He poured out on us abundantly through Jesus Christ our Savior, that having been justified by His grace we should become heirs according to the hope of eternal life" (Titus 3:4-7). Now, "because of God's great love for us, God, who is rich in mercy, made us alive with Christ even when we were dead in transgressions made us alive together with Christ (by grace you have been saved), and raised us up together, and made us sit together in the heavenly places in Christ Jesus, that in the ages to come He might show the exceeding riches of His grace in kindness toward us in Christ Jesus" (Ephesians 2: 4-7). Man therefore has life in the spirit, and physical existence in the flesh, and they are at variance with each other, causing a constant battle in the mind between the flesh and the spirit, each wanting to have the pre-eminence over the other, thus making it difficult for anyone to do the things that he/she wishes. The physical human body is the instrument that both the body and the spirit use to carry out their functions, and so we have been warned saying; "Do not be deceived, God is not mocked; for whatever a man sows, that he will also reap. For he who sows to his flesh will of the flesh reap corruption, but he who sows to the Spirit will of the Spirit reap everlasting life. Now the difference between living in accordance to the Spirit and living in accordance to the flesh is not that difficult to understand: Those living in accordance to the Spirit, follows the principles of life prescribed by the Lord, and set their minds on things above, and not on things of the earth: Whereas, those living in accordance to the flesh follows the principles, doctrines and traditions established by men, and set their hearts on the things of this world, and how to gratify the flesh. But the irony of truth is, living and walking in the Spirit is as practical as living the life which is in accordance to the flesh. The Apostle Paul explained the practicality of both ways of life by saying; "For what I am doing, I do not understand. For what I will to do, that I do not practice; but what I hate, that I do.
