I decided to write this Hand Book after spending 26 days in a rehab facility because of a broken hip. 85 years of living, 17 years of my work experience was in social service agencies. Five of those were in a treatment Center for emotionally disturbed boys, 6-12 years of age. Twelve years was spent as Administrator of a 165 bed retirement and nursing home for the The American Lutheran Church, We were considered one of the best facilities in the State of Washington.
