The desires the design and improve an iris recognition structure for secure access to Microsoft Windows. Involves two crucial steps: (1) image-processing facilities on the picture of an eye for data recovery. (2) Neural Systems facilities for recognition. The standard deviation for every part in which it adopted the values for recognition using ANN techniques. Locating the iris is produced by following the darkness density of the pupil. For all structures, it stored the weights and output values in a text file to be applied again in recognition. The Backpropagation system succeeded in recognition and becoming better results.
