Naked As I Came. Naked I Shall Leave is an inspirational fiction that details the lessons we learn in life regarding success or what others consider success or failure. It is a story based on the subject from the Book of Job in the bible. The story is given from the perspective of a woman today. Amanda, although having a somewhat strict and non-religious upbringing, found her inspiration at a young age. As she grew older she became successful in just about everything she touched. Those closest to her considered her a truly blessed, highly favored woman of God. Although Amanda lived her life accordingly, all those around her seemed to be sliding and falling by the wayside. She made many attempts to try and steer them in the right direction, but no one seemed to take her seriously. "If you have everything, and it all comes to you easily, of course you will be shouting Hallelujah at the top of your lungs." After putting in an honest effort, and failing ridiculously, there was only one other way to show those closest to her the truth. God had to strip everything she worked her entire life for from her and make her a living, walking, talking testimony. One by one all things blessed quickly became all things removed.
