Armed with this knowledge the enigmatic William "Wild Bill" Ellis, master of Pantheon, seizes the opportunity to place his stamp on history and organizes an investigation into the anomaly. The technology is there; what is far more difficult to acquire is the correct mix of expert personnel to successfully carry out the project.
