This book is an effort to cater the basic knowledge as well as to bring people closer to nature, stimulation of the senses. It is being increasingly realized that Dietary Management and Nutrition' plays a vital role in our life. Traditional communities living close to the nature acquired knowledge about the use of plants and animal species as food.
