He started to create Club of Yung Techniques and Child department in the House of Culture "Academia." It was the time when there were the cafe-club "Under the Integral," the amateur theater, and some other significant for the cultural life of the young city organizations. Young people who settled in Academgorodock began to build his own spiritual life. The book reflects the growth of the cultural and other needs of the residents. It shows how the unfavorable general economic reasons have complicated the life of the young city. The young scientist, who is the principle character of the book, is eager to see his city in future as the most beautiful and comfortable place to live, as township of happy people. He takes part in any and every activities that help realize his dream.
