En sintonía con la post-muerte del CCRU, Spinal Catastrophism viene elaborando con un barrido histórico una cripta inconstante. El concepto de la estructura, la anatomía largamente desmedrada, hay un conjunto de enfermedades que nunca serán tratadas, como los exorbitantes trabajos de Land, o los incluidos en la obra; Freud, Bataille o Ballard. La escoliosis nunca tuvo tanto sentido posterior a la lectura del libro.
