The St. Joseph Writers Guild has a heart for writing and for writers. We encourage anyone who writes, or who thinks they might like to write, to seek us out. The goal of the St. Joseph Writers Guild is to encourage writers to have confidence in themselves and their writing ability. We wish to promote in them the desire to further develop their skills. It is our task to promote respect and enthusiasm for the written word. This anthology of some of our guild members' works is a written collage of our passions for the art of creative writing. This collection will now be preserved for future generations. Long after we writers are gone, this book of our written words will live on. In the future, as this book pops up again and again, it will be like looking backward and seeing the footprint we made in the sands of time. All proceeds to benefit the St. Joseph Writers Guild Annual Young Writers Contest.
