The book contains six chapters. Chapter 1 deals with: types of wastewater, methods of watching and records of saving, types of samples, and vocational safety in the industry. Chapter 2 deals with the connection between waste and public health, discussing types of diseases, their causative organisms, and the methods of the treatment using wastewater treatment units. Chapter 3 discusses collection and transportation issues, types of sewers and their design, and sewage hydraulics. Chapter 4 deals with wastewater treatment, methods and merits. Chapter 5 discusses methods of final disposal, while Chapter 6 includes the laws and legislation regarding wastewater management.
