Our insides contain vital blood supplies, neural connections and organs that play physical, emotional and psychological roles in maintaining our balance of being. This is the soft frame of the body. The hard frame consists of muscles, ligaments, tendons, bones and joints. Our hard frame is set up to protect our soft frame.
