The Bureau of Land Management is now actively trying to shut down all instances of horses being sold for slaughter. Cases are still being identified where their best efforts are still lacking. This is a fictional story of one of the survivors. White Lightning is his name and freedom is his aim. Also included in this book is a great story about how "Old Jim" defeated a giant enemy using "The Sword of the Spirit.
