The theme "Degree of Presence and Performance of Public Administration in Bubaque", addressed the problem linked to the insufficiency of the continuous pursuit of the collective needs of citizens residing in the constituent islands of the sector of Bubaque, while vulnerable communities from the point of view of social economic development, whose objective is to contribute to the reduction of social problems through a detailed analysis of the administrative system applied in the sector, diagnosis of existing social problems proposing improvements to reduce them. Surveys, interviews, brainstorming were applied on each island that is part of the sector, mapping of some islands in order to demonstrate the consequences of the lack of approximation of education and health services to the communities and population census for each section. Its conception encompassed the performance of Public Administration in that administrative sector from the colonial period to the present day, highlighting the organization and control of education and health services as the forerunners of the development of any social State of law, organization of the State Committee from Bubaque.
