This book is a visual diary of Ann Cohen’s life, December 2018 and January 2019. Ann travels around the world capturing the moment. Her art is in many private collections throughout the world and has appeared in Beatitude magazine, Relix magazine and Split Shift.When Ann isn’t traveling she lives in San Francisco and has drawn thousands of local and well known bands since the 1990’s. She takes a moment to hear the music, starts dancing to the rhythm while her hand goes to the paper and draws the music quickly.Ann will show up at a coffee shop or just around and draw the people. She loves to catch the moment without the subject knowing. Ann and her late husband Allen Cohen, a well known poet have published two books together, The Book of Hats and Like a Radiant White Dove, publisher is Regent Press. Ann illustrated the poems for Allen. Allen was the originator of the San Francisco Oracle and underground newspaper that was published in the Haight in SF in the sixties.
